Supporting wellbeing through personalised, collaborative therapy

Listen counselling practice is grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework, recognising the interconnected influence of biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual factors on wellbeing and personal identity. We have a particular interest in working with adults exploring issues related to identity, meaning, purpose, life transitions, self-concept, relationships, and personal growth.
Welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences aged 18 years+, our approach is person-centred, holistic, and collaborative, supporting individuals to better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and live in alignment with their values.
